The purpose of the platform is neither public presentation nor outward institutional representation. Its purpose is to create a working environment in which focused discussion can take place without immediate media response, simplification or pressure to produce a formal public output.
Meetings are conducted with emphasis on trust, precise language and respect for the responsibility carried by individual participants. Without that, this type of discussion would lose its value.
OBRANA therefore operates as a closed framework. It is not an open membership initiative, a public conference or a wide-access opinion platform. Initial contact is possible, but any further communication follows only after individual review.
